About Rated PG

RATED PG MINISTRIES is a relationship-based mentoring program that train, help, guide and build esteem in youth including teen mothers from ages 13 - 18 in the Houston metro area. We empower girls through exposure to biblical principles and practical information with emphasis on education, business, finances, etiquette, health and sexual abstinence. The PG stands for the precious gift that's in each teen in our program.

Our programs include workshop seminars, monthly book club meetings, Saturday brunch socials, one-on-one mentoring sessions, and spiritually enriched conferences.

Our Vision

Our vision is that each girl will abstain from sex until marriage, focus on her education completing high school and college ultimately growing to become productive members of their communities.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose atoning blood was shed on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian in enabled to live a godly life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost--they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto damnation. We believe our primary calling is to communicate the Gospel to everyone in our generation and to nurture disciples.
